A day in Cádiz

Start at the Cathedral: €12 for the ticket, or €19 for the 48-hour pass, which adds the Santa Cueva, San Felipe Neri and either the Hospital de Mujeres or the Capilla del Pópulo. On Sundays it doesn't open until 13:30.

The Roman Theatre is free to enter from Calle Mesón, with a capacity of 15 people, and closes at 14:00 on Sundays. Museo de Cádiz is free for EU citizens and residents and stays open until 21:00 from Tuesday to Saturday. As of 4 November 2026, its Murillo and twentieth-century rooms are closed for restoration.

Half a day in Jerez

Jerez has two visits to fit around each other. The show at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art starts at 12:00 and runs on set calendar dates. Tours of the Tío Pepe bodegas run Tuesday to Sunday, by booking only. Book the show first and put the bodega after it. Prices and times are on the Cádiz and Jerez page.
