The cathedrals come first

Start with the cathedrals: €10 with an audio guide, open 10:00–18:00, last entry 17:15. You can buy online. Casa Lis doesn't sell online at all: it costs €7 at the door and is free on Thursday mornings. If your trip includes a Thursday, save that slot for it.

Salamanca on a low budget

According to the city's official tourism site, the DA2 Domus Artium charges no entry and opens Tuesday to Friday 12:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00. The Museo de Salamanca costs €1.

Extras with their own ticket

The cathedral towers, sold as Ieronimus, cost €6 on top. The Convento de Santa Clara, which Tiqets sells with an audio guide, costs €8 according to the city tourism site. From Tuesday to Saturday it shuts between 13:30 and 17:00.
