The free Sunday hours go quickly
The last two hours on a Sunday are free for everyone, but the ticket office shuts half an hour before the end. From November to February that means going in between 16:00 and 17:30 and leaving at 18:00. It's enough for a fast walk through the collection. For a proper look, pay the €13 and come in the morning.
The audio guide is already in the price
The official ticket includes an audio guide on your phone, with nothing to download. So a resold "ticket + audio guide" gives you nothing extra: compare the price and conditions. A guided tour does add something different. Under-17s don't pay.
Don't count on the ticket office
Every ticket is on sale online. If they sell out, the ticket office only sells at quiet times, so don't leave it until you reach the door on public holidays and long weekends.
Munch-Picasso until 28 February 2027
From 30 October 2026 to 28 February 2027 the museum hosts the exhibition Munch-Picasso, alongside the collection Pablo Picasso: estructuras de la invención.
