Free
Málaga residents, people with disabilities and under-13s. This ticket doesn't include the audio guide and is valid for the cathedral only. Free access Monday to Sunday from 8:30 to 9:00.

Buy at the door or online, at the same price. Modest dress is required inside.
Opening hours
From 26 October to 29 March, Monday to Friday 10:30 to 18:30. From 30 March to 30 May, Monday to Friday 10:30 to 19:30. From 1 June to 25 October, Monday to Friday 10:30 to 20:00. All year, Saturdays 10:30 to 18:00 and Sundays 14:00 to 18:00. Last entry 45 minutes before closing, and the building starts to clear 10 minutes before. Hours can change for exceptional reasons.

Roof visits are off

If you were coming to walk on the roof, change your plan. The cathedral says these visits are suspended because of work on the roof, and gives no return date. Check its website before counting on them, and be wary of any reseller still including them.

Buy from the cathedral's website

The cathedral sells online at the same price as the ticket office: €10, audio guide included. For a plain ticket, nothing is cheaper. Other sellers' tickets that advertise an "audio guide" charge you for something already in the price here.

A reseller makes sense if you want a guide. The cathedral announces its own guided visit at €5 on top of the general ticket, but labels it as upcoming, so confirm it first.

Timing your visit

On Sundays you can only visit from 14:00 to 18:00, and on Saturdays it closes at 18:00 all year. Monday to Friday it closes at 18:30 from 26 October to 29 March and at 20:00 from 1 June to 25 October. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing, and staff start clearing the building 10 minutes before.

Free access from 8:30 to 9:00 gives you only half an hour. The cathedral asks visitors to dress modestly.
