The official shop has a free Monday afternoon ticket for members of the European Union; the website doesn't give the time. Free entry for children up to 11 with an adult and for people with a disability above 65%, with proof. With a disability above 50%, a 50% discount.
Booking
Tickets are sold in the official shop on Articketing, where the main floor is listed as the ground floor. An individual ticket includes a guide or audio guide, physical or downloadable. Groups must ask for a booking by phone or email.

Main floor and upper floor

The foundation sells the main floor for €12 and the upper floor for €6, on separate tickets. In its online shop the main floor appears as “Planta Baja Casa Pilatos” (ground floor), and GetYourGuide calls it the ground floor too. Check which floor each product includes before you pay.

You've already paid for the audio guide

An individual ticket from the official website includes a guide or audio guide in Spanish, French, English, Portuguese, German, Japanese or Italian. So before paying for a “ticket + audio guide” combo on GetYourGuide, compare: on the official website it isn't an extra.

A guided tour from Tiqets or GetYourGuide is worth it if you want a guide at a fixed time, or if you're pairing the house with Las Dueñas on one outing.
