You must book: places are limited and you pay when you book. Hammam advises booking 2 or 3 days ahead. You can cancel or change up to 48 hours before; after that you lose what you paid.

Plaza Mayor or Puerta de Hierro

Madrid has two centres. Plaza Mayor is at Calle Atocha 14, with Sol and Tirso de Molina as the nearest metro stations. Puerta de Hierro is at Calle Isla Malaita 14. How the 90 minutes work

The session lasts 90 minutes and any massage falls inside that time, so with 15 minutes of massage you get 75 in the baths. It may come at the start, the middle or the end. The massage rooms are shared.

Booking direct or through Tiqets

Compare the price of your session before you buy. On Hammam's website you choose the day and session, and off-peak sessions have the best discounts. At Plaza Mayor those include Monday to Thursday at 10:00, 13:00 or 22:00. The Tiqets ticket can be cancelled before your time slot, which is a little more flexible than the 48 hours for direct bookings.
