What you can see and what you can't
If you came for Sorolla's house, studio and garden, they can't be visited yet. What opened on 15 October 2026 is the extension building at Calle Zurbano 68, with the exhibition Tras la casa del artista. Arquitecturas del Museo Sorolla (1905-2026), scheduled until 10 January 2027.
Go to Zurbano, not Martínez Campos: that's the usual address, and it's still under works. Entry is free and tickets come from the ticket office. Don't look for them online, because there aren't any.
With the house closed, the visit is short. To round out a day of painting, the Prado Museum is free Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 20:00. Check the museum's website before you go: hours and prices may change when the exhibition ends or the house reopens.
