Monday to Friday 10:00 to 15:30, last entry 14:00. Weekends and public holidays, including 23 December to 6 January, 10:00 to 17:30, last entry 16:00. On 24, 25, 26 and 31 December last entry is 13:00. On 1 January it opens at 11:00.

Watch the early closing

On weekdays last entry is 14:00 and the doors close at 15:30, so an afternoon visit won't work. At weekends and on public holidays you have until 16:00 to get in.

Christmas has its own schedule: from 23 December to 6 January the public-holiday hours apply, but on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December last entry is 13:00.

Ticket alone or with a transfer

For the ticket alone, compare the price with the official website. On Tiqets you can cancel before the date.

A reseller mostly pays off for the transfer, if you're in Calvià or the north without a car. Residents should buy on the official website, because the €20 and €13 fares are its own.

What costs extra

The ticket includes Som de la Mar, Experience labs (from age 2) and Art Aquarium (weekends 11:30–17:00). The Aquadome 3D cinema, Backstage Tour and Shark Vision Boat cost extra. Official packs start at €34 with the cinema and €44 with the Backstage Tour and Shark Vision Boat. Family Packs start at €77, with up to 25% off.

Parking, lockers and journey times

The aquarium is at Playa de Palma, five minutes by car from the airport, ten from Palma and 20 by bus. There's a free outdoor car park and a paid underground one. If you arrive with a suitcase, there are lockers at the entrance, card payment only.
