Which Palma Cathedral ticket to buy

The basic ticket costs €11 and covers the Cathedral and the Museo de Arte Sacro. With an audio guide it's €16. The €25 combo adds the terraces.

GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout sell the basic ticket at the official website's price, so the terms decide it. An official booking can't be changed or refunded once confirmed, while a Tiqets one can be cancelled before the date. For the terraces, the official website is the better buy, because Headout charges more for that combo.

An online ticket takes you through the turnstile at the Portal del Mirador, with no wait at the ticket office.

Before you pay for the terraces

Turns start every 30 minutes, Monday to Friday 10:00–16:30 and Saturdays 10:00–13:30, and each one lasts an hour. The Cathedral warns that the season varies from year to year. The last one published ran from April to November inclusive, so check tickets are still on sale for your date.

Only over-9s can go up, with official ID if they're minors, and each under-18 needs an adult. People with heart or lung conditions, vertigo or reduced mobility are excluded. The terraces are the only part closed to people with reduced mobility: the Cathedral and the museum are accessible.

Sundays and Mass times

There are no sightseeing visits on Sundays or on several public holidays. If Sunday is your only day, that leaves Mass at 10:30, 12:00 or 19:00. From Monday to Saturday there's Mass at 9:00, and on Saturdays also at 19:00.

Reductions at the ticket office

Reductions of up to 100% have to be bought in person. They cover residents of the Balearic Islands and people born there, children aged 9 or under, and people with a disability of 65% or more, plus one companion. Bring the document that proves it.

Dress code and bags

Keep your shoulders covered and wear clothes that reach at least mid-thigh. Swimwear and see-through clothing won't get you in. The Cathedral has no left luggage: bags and suitcases go to the Museo de Arte Sacro.
