Free Wednesdays need a booking
On Wednesdays from 15:00 to 20:00 you don't pay, but the free ticket needs booking first, so don't expect to just turn up. The visit takes 1 hour 30 minutes, so don't leave it until the final hour.
Buying from the centre or from Tiqets
The difference is cancellation. The centre doesn't allow changes, cancellations or refunds once you've bought your ticket, unless the problem is on its side, and it won't handle them for tickets bought from resellers either. Tiqets lets you cancel before the date.
For the reduced rate and the free Wednesday ticket, use the centre's own website.
Guided visits and the combined ticket
The guided visit costs €15 (€12 reduced). The ones the centre lists run in Spanish, Tuesday to Sunday, so ask about other languages before you count on one.
The €32 combined ticket adds San Nicolás and the Santos Juanes, with 5 days from your first entry. This centre and San Nicolás bought separately on their own websites already cost €28, leaving the Santos Juanes at €4. The Valencia Tourist Card gets you 20% off here.
The centre is in the former Palacio Valeriola, on Calle del Mar.
