No time limit once you're in

The museum is at Calle Guillem de Castro 13. Once inside there's no time limit, and Visit València estimates 60 to 90 minutes. Under-16s must be with an adult.

Accessibility has exceptions: the museum is adapted for people with reduced mobility, except in some experiences, such as the Vortex Tunnel, or rooms with sloping floors.

Visit València doesn't allow cancellations or refunds, but you can change the date if you give at least 48 hours' notice. Tiqets allows cancellation before the date, the better choice if your day isn't settled. With the Valencia Tourist Card, Visit València applies a 10% discount.
